The 3-bedroom 3-bath penthouse on the 4th floor has a 3500 square feet floor plan. The Villa includes 1,510 square feet of attached pools and 1,344 square feet of lagoon front land. Air-conditioned rooms have a wardrobe, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace, and a private bathroom with a shower. The west-master suite includes a private balcony with a Jacuzzi and sunset view. The second bedroom features twin size beds and a second bathroom in the hallway.
